At 360Health our Physiotherapists are experts in managing pain, dysfunction and recovery. The team is very experienced and highly skilled in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, orthopaedic conditions and sports injuries.
We have specialised Physiotherapists who work with the ante and postnatal client groups.
Our Pilates instructors are all Chartered Physiotherapists and have undergone rigorous training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) to gain their Pilates qualifications so you can be certain you are in expert hands. We continue to develop as instructors through ongoing updates and courses.

We limit the number of participants in each class to ensure that you receive a high level of attention to detail and specialist individual instruction, enhancing the benefits of your Pilates session.

Our instructors share a love for Pilates and have experienced the many benefits of Pilates through their own personal journeys. They are dedicated to providing the highest standard of instruction and will deliver challenging and interesting classes to meet your individual health and fitness goals.

Suzanne Creighton

Chartered Physiotherapist and Certified Pilates Instructor

Suzanne completed her degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ulster and has over 13 years post qualification experience as a Physiotherapist within the Health Service and Private Sector, with a particular interest in rehabilitation. Suzanne is a certified APPI Pilates Instructor with 7 years’ experience in instructing Physiotherapy Led Pilates Classes at beginner, intermediate, advanced level and 1-1 sessions.  She has gained experience in a variety of settings both as a freelance instructor running her own Pilates business and as part of a team within a Physiotherapy Clinic. She is passionate about Pilates and committed to motivating clients and delivering tailored exercises to meet individual needs within challenging, innovative classes.


Suzanne delivers a collaborative approach bringing together her Physiotherapy experience and passion for Pilates in an innovative and functional rehab approach that will enable the body to function better, more efficiently and less painfully.


Having developed a specialised interest and expertise in ante/post-natal Pilates and the important role it can have during these challenging and wonderful stages Suzanne established Fitbumps and Beyond delivering treatment and classes for pregnancy, the postnatal period and babies. Suzanne has 3 young boys herself and experienced the many benefits of Pilates during her pregnancies, births and postnatal recovery. This has motivated her to provide accessible, safe and challenging classes for these clients.


Suzanne established 360 Health Physiotherapy and Pilates Business in 2017 and the fully renovated clinic opened in August. The clinic has a team of Physiotherapists and Pilates instructors delivering an exceptional level of care and service for the clients.


Morna Nelson

BSc Hons Physio, MCSP, MAACP, APPI Pilates trainee

Morna graduated from the University of Ulster in 2001 with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. She has over 18 years experience working as a Chartered Physiotherapist within the health service and private sector, with 16 years as a Senior Physiotherapist.


Morna joined 360 Health Clinic in September 2018 and brings a wealth of experience and skills to the clinic. She has continued her postgraduate professional development completing courses with the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine (SOM) and in Spinal Manual Therapy. Morna also qualified as a Registered Acupuncturist in 2011 and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). Morna has recently commenced her training in Pilates with the APPI, the leading provider of Pilates training in the UK.


Morna is a keen hockey player currently playing for Dromore Ladies, and has represented Ulster Over 40’s Masters in 2019. She has an in-depth understanding of the physical demands competitive sport places on the body and uses both manual techniques and a functional rehabilitation approach to return players to their sport.


Morna is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist, (FdSc Human Nutrition, DipION Nutritional Therapy) having graduated in 2011 from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London. She has worked in private practice since then, and after having a 3 year break to have her family Morna will be returning to Nutritional Therapy in January 2020 at 360 Health Clinic.


Christen O'Neill

BSc Hons Physio, MCSP, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist &Pre& Post Natal Coach,

APPI Pilates Instructor


Christen completed her degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Teesside in 2005 and has worked within the NH S and private sectors. As a  physiotherapist Christen specializes within the area of Pelvic Health and has a particular interest in ante and postnatal rehabilitation.


Christen is passionate about educating, preventing, and treating Pelvic health disorders (PHD's)

Such disorders can negatively affect education, employment opportunities, social interaction and are often associated with higher rates of obesity, diabetes, and inactivity. 


Christen enjoys delivering ante and postnatal rehabilitation using a collaborative approach which brings together her Physiotherapy experience and passion for functional rehab and exercise.

Through Fit Bumps and Beyond360 Christen hopes to guide women on how to maintain overall health and well-being while optimizing their pelvic health as they move through their ante and post natal journeys.
