Fit for Life
Fit for Life class is designed specifically for anyone who has difficulty exercising and getting down onto a mat due to pain, stiffness, injuries or other conditions.
It is a chair based class where the exercises are carried out either seated or in standing with the option of the chair for support. We use various pieces of small equipment including hand weights, theraband, spikey balls, balance pads and soft balls to add challenge and variety to the class.
Exercises can be modified for each participant.
