360 Health uses the APPI method of Pilates.
The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) is a world leading provider of Physiotherapy and Pilates Treatment, Education, and Products. APPI's unique program of rehabilitation based Pilates has led the world for over 16 years.

Pilates has an important role to play in the prevention and rehab of a range of conditions and injuries. The APPI developed their Pilates method based on research and literature to create a graduated Pilates exercise programme that can take clients from the early stages of rehab through to highly functional and recreational programmes. The Pilates method is a mind-body centering technique that emphasizes the importance of beginning movement from a central core of stability. It will develop a better posture, a strong foundation to support your back and a long, lean muscular system combining strength and flexibility. Matwork Pilates Classes use exercises carried out in a variety of positions from standing, sitting, kneeling, and lying.Equipment including weights, resistance bands and foam rollers are used to make the exercises challenging and fun and to target specific muscle groups.
