Fit bumps and beyond is a leading provider of specialised ante and postnatal Physiotherapist led health and fitness classes.

Fit Bumps and Beyond aims to provide a safe, fun, and challenging environment for pregnant ladies, new Mums and babies.
 
The classes cater for antenatal clients (fitbumps) and postnatal clients (fitmums). 
Experienced instructors will guide and support clients to achieve the best possible pregnancy, birth, and journey into parenthood.
 
The classes are delivered by a Chartered Physiotherapist providing expert guidance & instruction ensuring you are in safe hands at this important time.
 
It was founded by Chartered Physiotherapist and Certified Pilates Instructor Suzanne Creighton. Suzanne has completed specific ante and postnatal Pilates training with the APPI and is passionate about Pilates and the benefits it can bring throughout pregnancy and beyond. Being a Mum of four young boys herself she is keen to provide classes for Mums to attend along with their new babies and beyond.

Fitbumps is a Physiotherapy led modified Pilates exercise programme designed specifically for pregnancy & its challenges. The class focuses on the importance of good posture, safe and effective exercise during pregnancy and abdominal and pelvic floor work.

Fitmums is a postnatal modified Pilates programme designed for Mums & babies.
All babies are welcome at the class where we have excellent baby friendly facilities.
 
Led by Physiotherapists the baby friendly class helps you to spend precious time bonding with your new baby whilst exercising in a safe & enjoyable way.

The class is suitable for Mums to attend 6 weeks after a normal delivery and 12 weeks after a caesarean section and following your postnatal check. Exercise with your baby to strengthen key muscles including the tummy & pelvic floor and have some time to focus on yourself.
