REFORMER PILATES

The reformer is a unique piece of Pilates equipment that challenges strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance.
It has a moving carriage that is attached to the frame at one end by springs. The springs are selected to add different levels of resistance to an exercise while the client moves the carriage.
​
The reformer adds resistance, power and cardio training to a Pilates workout.
​
Exercises can be done in lying, standing, sitting or kneeling. The box and jump board create fab challenges. The endless options on the reformer create really fun and varied workouts.
