Designed for those who are new to Pilates. You will learn the essential basic principles and matwork repertoire progressing at your own speed. Participants may then move on to an intermediate class when they feel ready.
Those confident with the basic Pilates elements can progress to intermediate level. This classes utilizes a greater variety of equipment and more challenging levels to maximize the bodies response. Great for those who want a difficult but controlled exercise class.
This class provides a challenging workout and requires a high level of control, strength, and balance. It takes Pilates to a new level with exciting and energetic content.
A Physio led Pilates programme to improve strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination. Classes are fun, action packed and centred around age appropriate themes and adventures incorporating educational learning about the human body and movement. The classes help your child participate in physical activity in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.
Pilates Hiit & Stretching
Take your Pilates training to the next level with high intensity interval training. Work hard but focus on correct technique ensuring your body works effectively and efficiently. A 30 minute cardiovascular workout using short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. The class ends with 15 minutes of ‘stretching to new levels’ concentrating on mobility and stretching work.
Pilatesfit for Life
A lower level Pilates class designed for those less mobile or in pain. Exercises are carried out in sitting, standing with support and using equipment. Work towards strengthening the body, regaining mobility, improving balance and decreasing pain.
